基于数据融合思想,采用较先进的全信息融合技术—全矢谱技术,将其与频谱频段振动烈度的旋转机械故障诊断的方法相结合,提出基于全矢频段的故障诊断方法。并给出全矢频段振动烈度的定义及算法。通过使用健康度值的方法,实现了对设备运行状态的定量评价。然后通过实验研究,验证了该种方法克服了单通道信息下的频谱不够准确的弊端,能够更准确地诊断出设备故障并标识出不同频段所对应的故障的严重程度,并对设备的运行状态作出可靠准确的评价。
Based on the data fusion theory,it uses more advanced information fusion technology-vector spectrum technology,combining with the rotating machinery fault diagnosis method spectrum band vibration intensity,and proposing the band fault diagnosis method based on the full vector.And it gives the definition and algorithm of the full vector band vibration intensity.It uses health value method to achieve a quantitative evaluation of the operational status of equipment.Then in experiment it verifies the ways to overcome drawbacks of the inaccurate spectrum of the single-channel information,diagnose equipment failure more accurately and identifies the severity of the different frequency bands corresponding to the fault,and makes a reliable and accurate evaluation.
