旋转机械的振动具有其复杂性和特殊性,在各个响应频率下,转子的轴心运动轨迹是一个椭圆。结合全矢谱分析技术,提出一种旋转机械故障诊断新方法——用轴心轨迹椭圆的面积描述转子振动状态,同时提出矢振比和全矢瞬时幅速图两个概念。在此基础之上提取出有效的故障信息特征值,最后将新方法应用于故障诊断实践中。结果表明,这种方法具有可识别转子的振动状态、能清晰判断转子的正反进动、提高分析判断速度、灵敏度高等优点,是一种实用的旋转机械故障诊断分析新方法。
The vibration is complex and special in the rotary machinery. The motion orbit of the rotor axis center is an ellipse under each response frequency. Combined with the full vector spectrum analysis technology, a new method of rotary machinery fault diagnosis was proposed that the elliptical area of the axial trace was used to describe the vibration state of the rotor. Meantimes, two concepts were put forward such as the vector vibration ratio(VVR) and the full vector instant amplitude-speed diagram(VIAD). On the basis of them, the effective fault information characteristic value was extracted. At last, the new method was applied to the fault diagnosis. It is indicated the method has advantages that the vibration state of the rotary can be identified, the positive/negative eddy of the rotor can be distinguished clearly, diagnosis speed can be improved, its sensitivity is also high and so on. It is a new practical fault diagnosis method of the rotary machinery.
