介绍了冲击脉冲法的基本原理,采用基于经验模态分解的冲击脉冲法,信号带通滤波后,进一步采用经验模态分解方法自适应滤波提取故障齿轮振动信号中的调制信息,最后应用Hilbert变换解析出故障频率。仿真信号和实验验证结果表明,与仅仅采用冲击脉冲法比较,该方法更能突出故障频率成分,避免误诊断。
The basic principle of SPM (shock pulse method) was introduced as well as the method based on EMD (empirical mode decomposition) and SPM was used. After the vibration signal of gears was filtered by band-pass filter,the EMD method was introduced to self-adapting filter the signal and to extract the modulated information. A t last, the fault frequency was extracted by Hilbert transform. Simulation and experiment showed that,compared with the method of SPM,this method could make fault frequency clearer and avoid misdiagnosing.
