基于转子系统中轴承刚度呈各向异性的特点和转子动力学基本理论,建立全矢谱各参数与转子固有特性之间的关系,并应用有限元分析软件Ansys建立转子一轴承一支撑系统的有限元模型,分析水平和垂直方向上的刚度变化对全矢谱各参数的影响。研究结果表明:在恒定转速下,两垂直方向上的刚度对振矢、偏心率、方位角均有影响,根据上述参数的关系,提出依据偏心率的故障判别方法,并给出传感器的安装原则。研究成果对于应用全矢谱技术进行旋转机械动力学特性分析及故障诊断具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the anisotropic of bearing stiffness in rotor system and the theory of rotor dynamics, the relationship between all parameters of the full vector spectrum and the inherent characteristics of a rotor is established. The finite element model of rotor-bearing-supporting system is established using Ansys. The effect of stiffness variation in the horizontal and vertical direction on all parameters of full vector spectrum is analyzed. The results show stiffness in two vertical has influence on vibration, eccentricity and azimuth at a constant revolving speed. According to the relationship of the parameters above, the fault distinguishing method which based on eccentricity is presented and the installation principle of sensor is given. Finally the result has some reference value for analyzing dynamic characteristics and diagnosing fault type of rotating machinery using full vector spectrum.
