设计用于多通道信息融合的振动数据采集系统。基于ARM微处理器SC32442B和可编程逻辑器件EPM7256AE构建系统硬件平台;介绍数据采集过程和时序,设计数据采集驱动和应用程序。该采集仪具有4个模拟量输入通道,每路信号在采集电路上进行交流和直流量的分离,采集仪内部具有8路AD转换通道;实现了多路振动信号的同步采样,有效地解决了同源信息融合时多路数据的同步问题,提高故障诊断的可靠性和准确性。设计的采集系统已经成功应用在故障诊断仪器产品中。
A vibration data acquisition system was designed for multi-channel information fusion.The hardware platform was built based on ARM microprocessor SC32442B and complex programmable logic device EPM7256A.The process of vibration data acquisition was introduced and the timing diagram of ADC was analyzed.The driven and application programs were designed.The data acquisition system had four analog channels.Signal in each channel was divided into AC and DC part in the circuit.Each part was transferred into independently ADC port.So the circuit had eight ADC ports.The synchronous sampling of multi-channel signals was realized and the synchronous problem of multi-channel data for information fusion was resolved.The effectivity and reliability of fault diagnosis are enhanced.The designed acquisition system has been used in fault diagnosis instruments successfully.
