在大型旋转机械各类常见故障中,转子系统故障是发生最多的故障之一,超过总故障的60%.传统的转子系统的故障诊断方法主要是基于单通道信号的幅值谱和相位谱特征,但由于单通道信号的不完整性以及特征量选取的不可靠,容易出现误诊或漏诊状况.为解决上述问题,提出振动能量谱的概念,并结合全矢谱技术进行双通道信息融合,形成全矢振动能量谱,将其运用于转子系统的故障诊断当中.实验证明,全矢振动能量谱较之于传统的幅值谱方法,能更加准确、有效的识别转子故障.
In the various common faults of large rotating machinery,one of the most popular failure occurring is the rotor system failure exceeding more than 60% of the total failure.The traditionol fault diagnosis of rotor system is mainly based on the amplitude spectrum and phase spectrum,but the feature is not very reliable and the information of any single channel is not complete,so misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis often happens.Aimed at the problems,a new concept named as vibration energy spectrum is put forward,and then combining it with full vector spectrum,finally it gets full vector vibration energy spectrum and uses it for fault diagnosis of rotor system.Comparing full vector vibration energy spectrum with traditional phase spectrum,the test result shows that this method can increase the accuracy of the fault diagnosis of rotor system.
