基于全矢谱分析技术的理论,对全矢谱体系进行了深入研究。探究全信息分析与传统常规分析之间的内在联系,使之可以相互兼顾。进行了全矢谱体系在计算方面,图谱表达方面及诊断规则方面的兼容性问题的研究。在研究探索崭新故障分析诊断分析方法时,建立全矢谱体系与传统方法之间的联系,对基于单源信息的分析方法的诊断经验和诊断规则进行了调查,对全矢谱分析这种新方法的推广,应用和普及具有重要的现实意义。表明全矢谱分析对于旋转机械故障诊断是一种非常实用的分析工具。
Based on the theory of the full vector spectrum analysis technology,in-depth study is done on the full vector system,the immanent connection between comprehensive information analysis and traditional routine analysis is researched,so that they can be compatible to each other. Study the compatibility of the full vector system in the aspects of calculation,the pattern expression and diagnosis rules. To establish a bridge between the full-spectrum vector system and the traditional methods at the time of researching and exploring new method of fault diagnosis,inherit and carry forward these precious experiences of diagnosis diagnostic rules. It is of a great practical significance to popularize and apply the new method of the full vector spectrum analysis. It is indicated that the full vector spectrum analysis is a practical method for rotary machine fault diagnosis.
