建立了齿轮副的动态微分方程,从动力学的角度对齿轮的断齿故障机理进行分析.利用定步长的龙格一库塔法对齿轮断齿故障进行仿真分析.运用时频分析的方法研究了齿轮断齿的信号特征,为齿轮断齿故障的诊断提供理论上的支持。
A dynamic differential equations of gear pair are established,and the failure mechanism of broken gear tooth is analysed. Using the fixed-step Runge - Kutta method to simulate the broken teeth fault, and using time-frequency analysis method to study the signal of broken gear tooth ,which makes contribution to fault diagnosis for gears.
