介绍了基于双通道信息融合技术的全矢动平衡方法及此方法下不平衡响应的快速算法,并将此方法应用到卧螺离心机系统中,以提高卧螺离心机的动平衡效果的精度.为了证明全矢动平衡方法比传统的基于单通道信号进行动平衡的方法平衡效果好,以两台卧式螺旋卸料离心机为实验平台,以这两种方法分别对其轴承进行动平衡实验,将所得到的两组平衡前后测得的振动值的大小作比较,证明了全矢动平衡方法在卧螺离心机系统的平衡效果上要优于传统方法.
Full vector dynamic balancing based on technology of two-channel infomation fusion is introduced, and fast algorithm of unbalance response would be applied to test vibration value of horizontal screw centrifuge, which was to improve precision of dynamic balancing in horizontal screw centrifuge. For proving the correctness of this method, two groups of experiments were conducted. Satisfactory conclusions could be gained by comparing the sizes of vibration which were collected in experiments. The effect of full vector dynamic balancing was better than traditional method proved by comparing the two groups of results.
