建立了转子-滑动轴承-基础动力学分析模型,利用全矢谱技术分析了转速对轴振和瓦振以及轴振与瓦振比例关系的影响程度。结果表明,在刚性转子条件下,瓦振与轴振椭圆轨迹随转速变化较为相似;而在柔性转子条件下,两者主振矢之比和副振矢之比随转速变化更为相似。该结论为全矢谱技术在轴振与瓦振信号处理中的应用提供了理论参考。
A rotor-bearing-foundation model was established.The signal of shaft vibration and bearing vibration in different rotating speed was treated with the information fusion by full vector spectrum.The spectrogram of full vector spectrum and the relationship between shaft and bearing vibration were analyzed.In the case of rigid rotor,the oval orbit of shaft vibration under speed variation is similar to that of bearing vibration.For the flexible rotor,the ratio of main vector amplitude under speed variation is similar to that of vice vector amplitude.This conclusion provides a theoretical reference for full vector spectrum used in shaft and bearing vibration.
