建立了转子—轴承—基础系统的动力学模型,利用全矢谱技术分别对不同支承刚度下轴颈处的位移信号和轴承座上的速度信号进行了融合分析,并对两者之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:位移信号和速度信号与支承刚度之间呈现出非线性关系,速度信号合成轨迹与转子真实涡动轨迹之间存在较大的差异,需进行修正分析。该结论为全矢谱技术在接触式检测中的应用提供了理论参考。
A dynamic model of rotor-bearing-foundation system is established and the displacement signal of journal and the velocity signal of bearing block under different supporting stiffness is conducted fusion analysis by full vector spectrum.Then the relationship between the two signals is studies.The results show that the two signals have nonlinear relationship with the supporting stiffness and the synthetic orbits of speed signal greatly differs from the real whirl orbits of rotor,which should be modified and analysed.The conclusion provides a theoretical reference for application of the full vector spectrum to contact detection.
