全矢谱理论将两个单源信号复合成矢量信号来处理信息,可以反映转子在某截面内的真实振动情况。基于全矢谱理论,定义了全矢幅频特性图和三维全矢瀑布图的概念。利用Benlty转子实验台进行了数据的采集。实验显示,所得全矢幅频特性图和三维全矢瀑布图作为机组启停车分析工具,相比单源信号的幅频特性图和瀑布图,振动幅值更加准确明显,解决了原图谱两单源信号间存在幅值大小相差较大的问题,有助于更准确的故障诊断,在大型机组启停车故障诊断中具有广阔的实用价值。
Two single channels' signal is compounded to one vector signal by the vector-spectrum theory,and the theory could reflect the real condition of vibration of a rotor in certain section. Based on vector-spectrum method,the concept of vector amplitude -frequency figure and vector waterfall figure is established. The data used is collected with Bently rotor equipment. As two kinds of starting-stopping analytic tools,compared to the single channel amplitude frequency figure and waterfall figure,It has been shows that vector amplitude frequency figure and vector-waterfall figure take on more accurate and more clear vibration amplitude of the vibration. The question of the large difference of two channels' amplitude is worked out. It helps to more accurate fault diagnosis. It is useful in large machinery starting-stopping fault diagnosis.
