针对现有设备管理系统对设备状态信息掌握不足、维修方式落后、大多数设备管理系统对设备状态的统计分析和故障趋势的预测功能不足等现状,结合状态监测诊断技术,运用状态维修的思想,建立了状态维修的实施模型,并采用计算机和数据库技术,开发了一个融合状态监测诊断技术的设备管理系统,对于如何预防故障,杜绝事故,延长设备运行周期,缩短维修时间,为企业设备管理现代化提供了一个新思路。实践证明该方法能够有效改善设备维修方式,最大限度地发挥设备的生产潜力,提高经济效益和社会效益,提高企业设备管理水平,从而大大提高了企业生产环境的安全性。
The status information of equipment was poorly mastered,the maintenance mode was laggard in existing equipment management systems as well as lack of statistical analysis for equipment status of most equipment and fail in predicting fault trend.Aimed at these problems ,an implementation model of condition-based maintenance was built combining with monitoring and diagnosing technology by applying thought of condition-based maintenance.Then an equipment management system was designed through computer and database technologies ,which provided a new idea on how to prevent fault, prevent accidents, prolong running period of equipment as well as shorten the repair time for modernization of equipment management af enterprises.The practice proved that the method could effectively improve the repaired mode of the equiptnent,inerease the economic benefit and the greatly rise the safety of production environmental.
