在随机截尾场合下，研究Weibull分布恒定应力加速寿命试验的统计分析问题。运用最大似然估计法和最小二乘法，推导出加速系数的估计，利用加速寿命模型给出正常应力水平下各种可靠性特征量的估计。
英文摘要：
This paper considers accelerated constant-stress life test terminated by random censoring and presented a model based on Weibull distriction. Our approach of accelerated coefficients are based on Maximum Likelihood Estimate（MLE）and least square method. Furthermore,we can get the approach of lifetime and the other reliability characteristics under the usual stress.
