研究武器装备寿命实验准确评估可靠性问题,为进一步完善步降试验的统计分析方法,建立依赖于加速模型的数据折算公式,再对步降试验下的三步分析法做出改进,改进后的方法在处理数据时更具灵活性,且计算复杂度有所降低。进而,为比较步进试验与步降试验下三步分析法的精确性与稳定性,首次利用Monte-Carlo仿真法对两试验下的三步分析法进行仿真。仿真结果显示,相比步进试验,步降试验能显著提高三步分析法的精度和稳定性,说明了步降应力试验具有优越性为可靠性评估提供了依据。
To further improve the 3-step analysis method of step-down-stress testing,based on acceleration model,a data conversion formula was created.The improved method is more flexible than the traditional method,the computation complexity is also greatly decreased.Furthermore,in order to compare the accuracy and stability of 3-step analysis method of step-up-stress testing with that of step-down-stress testing,Monte-Carlo simulation was used for the first time.Simulation result shows that compared with step-up-stress testing,the step-down-stress testing can significantly improve both accuracy and stability of 3-step analysis method,which further confirms the superiority of step-down-stress accelerated life testing.
