结合数控铣床试验平台的开发,对嵌入式数控系统进行了研究.设计出将工业PC和多轴运动控制卡相结合的数控系统总体结构。基于Windows操作系统的数控软件,实现了底层硬件和软件功能的开放.试验运行结果表明:数控系统的误差小于一个脉冲当量,进给速度运行平稳,能够达到高精度、高效率的现代制造装备的要求。
According to numerical control milling machine experiments the platform, researching the embedded NC system. Designed the NC system gross structure which the multi-axis motion control card unified IPC. The numerical control software realized the ftrst floor hardware and the software function opening based on Windows OS. Test results show that the NC system error is less than apulse equivalent,the feed rate is steady,can achieve request of the high accuracy,the high efficiency modern manufacture equipment.
