建设工程施工合同往往约定承包商在工期、质量、文明安全、环境影响等方面的奖罚条件,尤其对工期约定提前或超过合同工期竣工按每天进行奖罚。传统的工期一费用优化分析,仅从直接费和间接费之和最小的角度出发,未考虑在依据合同约定条件下工期和费用之间的关系,以及承包商如何获得最大经济效益,文章对此进行了分析研究,通过压缩网络计划关键线路上关键工作的持续时间,比较压缩费用与奖罚费用的大小,寻找出最优进度计划方案,并通过实例予以说明,从而对承包商签订施工合同和工程项目管理起到积极作用。
There are always conditions in construction contracts for reward and penalty for construction period, quality, friendliness, safety and environmental impact, especially for completion in advance or postponement. Traditional optimization of period and cost only depend on the minimization of direct charge plus indirect charge. Maximum benefit of contractors between period and cost in conditions of construction contract is not considered. Duration of key line works is compressed, and the cost of compression process and cost of reward penalty in contract are compared. The optimal program of net plan is identified and proved by practical examples.
