英文摘要：
A diacetylmonoxime-thiosemicarbazide colorimetry was established for determination of L-citrulline in enzymatic conversion solution. The influence factors including absorption wavelength, thiosemicarbazide concentration and Fe^3＋ were investigated. The linearity range was 0.1 - 20mg/L （r = 0.999）, and the average recovery was 99.8 %.
