The open innovation model brought the transformation of innovation paradigm. The important changes have taken place on innovation extended chain and innovation way. Because of its significant economic effects,the open innovation model comes forth the trend of the extension and development to the multi-industries. However,industries and enterprises in the selection of open innovation model subject to a number of restrictions on access conditions. The openness and innovation degree of the enterprise entity depends on industry characteristics,industry environment and internal management of enterprises,etc. This requires the enterprise innovation is based on the latest global knowledge,and also requires organizations have superior capability for knowledge acquisition,knowledge identification and knowledge application and graft.
