文章利用在黑龙江省黑河市获取的访谈和问卷调查等资料,主要分析了受援中小学生、学校管理部门对“顶岗支教”大学生工作的教学态度、方法、水平和效果,参与学校其他活动及农村文化建设的满意度评价等问题.研究表明,中小学生在教学内容和效果等方面对“顶岗支教”工作给予了高度评价.同时,支教大学生还积极参与学校行政辅助工作和当地农村文化建设,极大地丰富了农村居民文娱生活.但是,在课程重难点讲解和习题讲解等方面,支教大学生尚存在进一步的改进空间.最后,根据以上结论,提出加强支教大学生教学培训、支教讲解培训以及综合素质培养的相关政策建议.
This paper analyzed the satisfaction evaluation of students and administration departments in primary and see- ondary school on the teaching attitude, method, level and effect, participation in school activities and other rural cultural construction of college students who took part in the teaching practice. The results showed that, students in primary and secondary schools gave high evaluation on the teaching content and effect of the teaching practice job, while in the course of difficulties and problems interpretation, the college students still have further improvement. At the same time, the college students also actively participate in school administrative work and local rural cultural construction, which greatly enriched the cultural live of rural residents. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions like strengthening the teaching training, education interpretation and comprehensive quality training.
