深水隔水管的失效形式多种多样,保证隔水管安全可靠是实现安全快速钻进的先决条件。为测量隔水管在工作过程中的真实应变,确保其在工作过程中满足强度要求,采用水下应变测试技术,通过在模拟管柱外壁粘贴电阻应变片,测得其在特定载荷下的应变规律,验证了试验方法的可行性。同时设计合理的密封堵头并使用环氧树脂AB胶对其进行灌胶固化,可以解决试验引线引出主缸筒的密封问题,将半固化环氧树脂AB胶涂在粘贴好的应变片表面,可以解决应变片的绝缘保护问题。最后分析了造成测量误差的主要原因并提出了相应的解决措施,为后续进行复杂模拟试验奠定了基础。
There are various forms for deepwater riser failure. It is the prerequisite to ensure the safety and reliability of the riser for achieving safe and rapid drilling. To measure the real strain of the riser and ensure that it satisfies the strength requirement in operating, its strain law under the specific load was measured adopting underwater strain test technology and affixing resistance strain gage to the external wall of simulation string. The feasibility of the method was verified. Meanwhile, the reasonable sealing plug was designed. The epoxy resin AB rubber was used to conduct a glue pouring and curing of it, which could solve the sealing problem that the test lead would extract the main cylinder. The partially curing epoxy AB rubber was painted on the affixed strain gage surface, which could deal with the insulation protection of the gage. Finally, the paper analyzes the main reason for causing measurement error and offers the corresponding solution, laying the foundation for the subsequent complex simulation test.
