英文摘要：
The limitation of traditional crime prevention modes’ response to crime urges people to find another way of preventing crime that is Situational Crime Prevention（SCP）. SCP filters into people ’s mind due to its strong theoretical support. SCP has developed into 5 major strategies and 25 specific tactics. Its outstanding features are its specific and operable prevention measures. The essence of SCP aims to reduce and prevent crime through increasing the effort, increasing the risks, reducing the rewards, reducing provocations and removing excuses. SCP has already been the fastest growing method and has been called the third independent route of crime prevention that can compete with traditional juridical and social prevention.
