英文摘要：
The imbalance of regional education in the compulsory education stage leads to the school choice, that is, the parents choose the famous school through various means. There are two ways to acquire the famous school identity： the policy empowerment and the tactics empowerment. The former is the main path to obtain the identity of public famous schools, and the latter is the primary way to get that of private elites. Famous Schools, as the symbolic capital, can significantly affect the schools, teachers, parents and students. Using the tactics, such as the public famous school collectivization and one school with multi-district,the low- performing school borrows the symbolic capital of famous school to change the meaning field and obtain the public recognition, so as to promote the high quality balance of the regional education.
