通过对情绪智力以及工作倦怠的理论分析,本论文将员工情绪智力和领导情绪智力分别作为影响员工工作倦怠的个体因素和情境因素,从两个层面考察情绪智力对工作倦怠的影响。通过对清华大学PMBA学员及高级培训班学员共197份有效样本数据的统计分析表明:员工情绪智力显著负向影响工作倦怠的三个维度(消极怠慢、衰竭和低效能感),领导情绪智力显著负向影响工作倦怠的消极怠慢维度,领导情绪水平作为情境因素调节员工情绪智力与员工的工作倦怠之间的关系。
