目的:观察《推拿治疗学》教学改革的教学实践效果。方法:将广西中医学院2005与2006级针推本科班分别作为实验组和对照组,两组统一课时,统一授课教师及教学内容。实验组采用新的教改方案,对照组采用传统的教学方案。采用教学效果调查问卷得分、临床实践能力考核量表记分以及理论考试成绩评价两组的教学效果、临床实践能力及理论成绩。结果:观察组与对照组比较,理论考试成绩差异无显著性(P〉0.05),但教学效果问卷得分与临床实践考核成绩差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:新的教改方案可以提高学生对教学的满意度和临床实践能力,从而激发学生学习兴趣,并为他们顺利走向实习阶段与工作岗位打下牢固的专业基础。
Objective:To observe the result of teaching activity of teaching reform practice of Manipulation Acology.Methods:2005 and 2006 grade undergraduate course of acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina major from Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical University were used for he test group and control group respectively.Two groups were unified teaching hours,teachers and teaching content.New teaching reform plan was adopted in the test group.The traditional teaching scheme was adopted in the control group.The effect of teaching,clinical practice ability and theoretical results of two groups were evaluated by the teaching effect questionnaire scoring,clinical practice ability examination scale scores and theory exam achievement.Results:The statistic analysis showed that the theory exam achievement of two groups had not a significant difference(P0.05).But there were a marked difference between the teaching effect questionnaire scoring and clinical practice ability examination scale scores(P0.01).Conclusion:The new teaching plan both can improve students' teaching satisfaction assessment and improve students'clinical practice ability.The new teaching plan also can stimulate students' interest in learning,and prompt them to lay solid professional basis for entering practicing stage and jobs smoothly.
