基于环境动态性，研究了创业者管理才能对新创企业资源获取的影响。在文献回顾的基础上提出了环境动态性、创业者四种管理才能与资源获取关系的相关假设。基于153份有效样本对所有假设进行了检验，结果表明：团队领导、行政技能和学习能力与新创企业资源获取正相关，环境动态性加强了这种关系；虽然外部协调与资源获取存在正相关关系，但环境动态性并未加强这种关系。讨论了本文的实践及理论意义，以及本文的局限性和将来可能的研究方向。
英文摘要：
It analyzes the effect of entrepreneur＇s management abilities on resource acquisition based on environmental dynamism. Here, it firstly puts forward the hypotheses about the relationships among environmental dynamism, four a-bilities of entrepreneur and resource acquisition, and then tests with 153 valid samples. The results show that team leading, administrative skills and learning ability are positively related to resource acquisition, and environmental dyna- mism enhances these relations. Although external coordination is positively related to resource acquisition, environmental dynamism doesn＇t enhance this relation. Finally, it discusses the theoretical and practical meanings, limitation of this research, and future research directions.
