笔者使用对应分析方法,对中国创业企业人力资源管理实践活动与组织变革的关系进行实证分析。研究结果表明不同类型的组织变革依赖不同的人力资源管理实践活动的组合,并在宏观—微观尺度与长期—短期尺度上体现出明显的差异。
In this article,the relationship between organization transformation and HR practice is assessed. The result shows that every type of organization transformation rely on the different combination of HR practice. And there is great difference between macro and micro perspective,long term and short term.
