Based on the information asymmetry during the process of resource acquisition of new ventures, this paper analyzes the leveraging function of information resource, as a kind of special resources,when acquiring other resources, under the background of resource constraint of new＇ ventures. This paper analyzes differently the impact path of information on external resource acquisition and internal resource accumulating.
