中文摘要:

结合当前大力发展清洁能源和推进智能电网建设的新形势,在传统输电系统技术功能的基础上,提出了低碳输电系统的概念;从实现大规模可再生能源的集中送出,满足负荷中心电力转运的服务需求,搭建大规模电能交易的坚实物理平台,提高现有输电系统的可靠性和安全性,促进低碳发电资源并网和运行的灵活性,引导可再生能源的可持续增长和发展,提供未来新型用电模式坚强基础设施保障等7个方面系统阐述了低碳输电系统的技术经济特性:在此基础上进一步深入探讨了低碳输电系统的经济特性和环境特性。

英文摘要:

Under the consideration of current clean energy development and the situation of promoting smart grid construction, the concept of low-carbon power transmission system is proposed based on traditional technical capabilities of transmission system. And the technical and economic characteristics of low-carbon power transmission system are displayed in terms of realizing centralized transmission of large scale renewable energy sources, meeting service demand of power transfer at load center, establishing a solid physical platform for large scale electricity power trading, upgrading the reliability and security of existing transmission system, promoting the integration of lower-carbon generation and the flexibility of its operation, guiding the sustainable development of renewable energy sources, and providing a strong infrastructure to secure new type of energy consumption in future. Then, the economic and environmental characteristics of low-carbon power transmission system are further discussed.
