电网建设项目投资评价是电网公司进行电网建设必须的环节,传统的评价过程中,一般依据原有的指标打分或者类似方案进行比较决策,存在方法简单和理论支持不足的问题。充分考虑电网建设投资过程中各方面因素,以实际需求为标准,构建出一套具有三级层次结构的评级指标体系,在此基础上,结合层次分析法和灰色关联度法,建立了评价模型,并通过算例对该评价模型进行验证分析。
It′s a must for grid companies to conduct investment evaluation for grid construction projects,however,in traditional evaluation,the decision was usually made based on index scores or some similar programs,which had problems of being too simple and lacking theoretical support.With full considerations of various factors in the construction investment and according to actual demands,a set of evaluation index system with three-level hierarchical structure was built.Based on that,the Analytic Hierarchy Process method and the gray correlation method were usedfor designing the evaluation model. The calculation example proved the evaluation model valid.
