基于智能电网建设的背景下,提出了一种新型的客户双向互动智能化电力营销体系。对比传统的电力营销模式,从客户知识管理、客户负荷管控、客户信用风险管理、客户关系管理、客户资源价值评价等5个方面进行分析,阐述了各子体系的基本功能和实现路径。
The appropriate intelligent management system is essential for constructing strong smart grid, enhancing the efficiency of power grid operation and improving electric market operation mechanism. In the context of smart grid construction, this paper proposes a new and two-way interactive intelligent electricity marketing system. Compared with traditional electricity marketing system, the basic functions and implementation paths of its sub-systems are analyzed in five aspects : customer knowledge management, customer load management and control, customer credit risks management, customer relation management, and customer value evaluation.
