The impact of the distributed generator on grid dispatching was studied, and the related algorithm was developed. The influence of distributed generators on line loss and locational marginal price of each node was studied on a 14-bus system and the results indicated that the distributed generator could reduce line loss and congestion and was beneficial to power supply reliability.
