合理的输电服务价格是促进和引导跨区电力交易的关键因素。针对我国跨区输电交易中存在的参与积极性问题,结合我国跨区输电交易者的偏好特性以及我国市场化过渡时期的现实国情,基于激励相容理论,提出了跨区输电服务的菜单定价方法。IEEE 30节点算例求解结果表明该定价方式新颖有效,各方案输电服务费用计算合理,能够对不同偏好的交易者进行有效区隔,进而提高各方参与积极性,符合我国市场化过渡时期的特点。
英文摘要：
A reasonable transmission service pricing mechanism is the key to motivating and guiding the development of cross-regional electricity trading.With regard to the participation initiative issue in our domestic cross-regional power trading,and considering the traders′ preferences and the actual situation in our market-oriented transitional period,a menu-pricing method for cross-regional power transmission service is proposed based on incentive compatibility theory.The calculation case study of IEEE30 nodes demonstrates that this novel pricing method can generate valid and reasonable transmission service rate,discriminate the traders with different preferences,and improve participation initiative effectively,therefore applicable in the period of market-oriented transition.
