在智能电网条件下,日益复杂的输电系统增加了输电检修工作难度。综合考虑新环境下输电检修工作的特点,提出考虑设备故障率及设备使用寿命变化情况的输电检修优化决策指标,以输电系统风险降低值最大化为目标,建立基于智能电网的输电检修优化决策模型,利用禁忌搜索算法求解所建模型,并通过IEEE24节点系统验证模型及算法的可行性。
Under the construction of smart grid,the uncertainty of power system is increasing and transmission maintenance task in China is becoming more and more complex.Taken new challenges of transmission maintenance task under the present situation into consideration,optimal decision-making indicator of transmission maintenance based on the change of equipment failure rate and life is proposed.And optimal decision-making model for transmission maintenance based on smart grid construction is established by aiming at maximizing the value of transmission system risk reduction.The model is solved by tabu search algorithm.Finally.IEEE24 bus system is applied to validate the feasibility of both the model and algorithm.
