The transmission construction contract risk appraisal index system was established to solve vital problems existing in current transmission project contract management.With characteristic value method to determine index weight,the risk analyses of a construction contract were performed using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and improved radar chart.The valuable references were provided for risk prevention and control in power transmission project construction contract.
