建立完善的跨区省输电交易价格体系、形成科学的跨区省输电交易价格机制,对促进我国跨区省输电交易的顺利开展具有重要意义。总结了国外跨区省输电交易价格体系的特点,并进一步对目前我国跨区省输电交易价格的特点进行了总结。针对这些特点,提出了我国跨区省输电交易定价的目标,在此基础上给出了有关我国跨区省输电交易价格体系与机制的建议。
英文摘要：
Establishment of a sound cross-regional transmission trading price framework and the formation of a scientific cross-regional transaction price mechanism are of great significance to promote cross-regional transmission trading in China.The characteristics of overseas cross-regional transmission trading price framework were summarized,as well as the features of Chinese cross-regional transmission trading price.Based on that,the targets of Chinese cross-regional trading pricing were proposed,and suggestions on related price framework and mechanism were put forward.
