随着农村经济的发展和“家电下乡”等政策的实行,农村电力需求持续增长,对电能质量和农网建设提出了更高要求。针对目的农村电网难以满足未来负荷增长需要的问题.建立了农村电力供给优化模型、模型以农村用户购电成本最小化为目标函数,以电力系统安全运行和经济调度原则为约束条件。模型体现了电力市场化的要求.用户的购电价格和发电机组的上网电价都是市场出清的结果。用一个小型电力系统模拟并展示了该模型的应用,结果表明将农网与大电网互联或者建设分布式电源2种方案均能有效改善农村电力供应形势。
The development of countryside economy and the implement of "appliance to the countryside" booms the power demand of countryside and then requires much higher power quality and stronger rural power grid. Aiming at the limitation of rural power supply, an optimal rural power supply model is built. The optimal model takes the minimal power purchasing cost of rural consumers as target function and power flow regulations as constraints. This model embodies the free market idea since the purchase price of consumers and on-grid power price of units are the results of market clearing. The simulation result on a 9-node power system shows that two expansion methods, connecting the rural grid with big grid and building distributed generation in rural area, can both improve the power supply situation of rural areas.
