实时定价是当前节能减排背景下的一种有效的智能化需求响应手段。在需求价格弹性的基础上,建立了对数弹性负荷模型,完成了电力用户对基于价格的需求响应方法的实时电价计划模拟。以北京市某地区电网2007年夏季典型日负荷曲线为例进行算例分析,模型结果验证了所提出方法的合理性和可行性。
Real-time pricing is an effective means of intelligent demand response in the context of energy-saving and e- mission reduction. Based on the demand price elasticity, this paper establishes the logarithmic elastic load model, and completes the real-time pricing plan simulation based on power users' demand side response. Calculation case was analyzed for a typical day load curve of a regional network in Beijing in 2007 summer, which verifies that the pro- posed method is reasonable and feasible.
