在电力行业内开展碳排放量交易研究对于指导全社会碳排放交易具有重要作用,提出了应用基于A—gent的计算经济学解决碳排放市场交易的协调和模拟问题,构建了基于多Agent的电力市场和排放指标市场模型,并研究了该模型中的碳排放交易部分,分析了配额交易过程及其对发电集团投资决策的影响。
The research on CO2 emissions trading in the power industry can provide important guidance for the whole society. This paper proposes to apply agent-based computational economics (ACE) as a solution to the coordination and stimulation problem in the CO2 emissions trading market. The multi-agent-based models for electricity market and emission target market are established, in which the part of CO2 emissions trading is studied and the quota trading process and its effect on the investment decisions of Generation Group are analyzed.
