The function of data fusion was analyzed with the fusion hierarchy of fuzzy information in order to reflect the given propositions through the topological structures. To reduce the limitation of traditional separation axioms in data fusion hierarchy analysis, and to expand the scope of the specific issues expressed by the data fusionpre-R0 separation axiom was proposed. The description of thepre-R0 separation axiom based on the pre-closure and pre-kernel were given. The relations between pre-R0 and the pre-separation axioms were discussed. It makes the analysis of data fusion hierarchy more flexible and the expression of specific issues more reliable.
