电力产业作为能源加工转换的产业,在能源行业中居于核心地位.电力产业作为能源的重要消费者同时又是能源的生产者,电力产业能效严重影响着整个能源行业的效率,而电价是引导电力产业节能的关键手段.本文从电价链的分解入手,建立了电价与电力产业节能的系统结构模型,寻求电价与节能的关系,以促进我国电力产业节能战略的实现.
英文摘要：
As the energy-processing industry, power industry stands in core position in the energy industry. Power industry is the main energy consumer and the energy producer as well. Power industry＇s efficiency and power-using efficiency are related to entire energy industry＇ s efficiency. Therefore, electricity price is the key to guide energy conservation of power industry. Through the electricity price chain decomposition, the paper constructs the system structural model of the electricity price and energy conservation to explore the relationship between the electricity price and the energy conservation. It provides an approach to promote the realization of China＇ s power industry energy conservation strategy.
