根据供电企业的实际业务流程和经营环境,将供电企业对非居民客户的信用度评价指标体系分为缴费信息、履约信息、违章窃电、经营状况、发展潜力、客户设备产生谐波信息等6个方面。同时针对每个客户用计算机程序先将这6个指标分别评出信用度等级(A、B、C类),然后运用基于多名专家优化综合评分的AHP模型来分析出这6个指标的权重。最后运用评价准则得出每个客户的综合信用度,以便于供电企业采取相应的管理措施。
According to supply power enterprise's actual service flow and the management environment, this article divided the target system that is supply enterprise appraise credit for non-inhabitant customer into payment information, honors an agreement information, information of violating regulation to steal electricity, the management condition, the development potential, overtone information coming from the customer's equipment and so on. Simultaneously, in view of these 6 targets this article educes credit rank (A, B, C kind) with computer program for every studied customers firstly, then analyze these 6 targets' weight using the model of AHP based on several experts, and gets every customer' s synthetical credit with some appraisal criterion finally aiming at taking corresponding management measure to the power supply enterprise.
