通过检测急性毒性实验中。含甘遂甘草反药组合的甘遂半夏汤及其拆方各组中,未死亡小鼠的肝功能和肾功能的情况。以期为急性毒性实验的结果提供相关依据。将18—20g的昆明小鼠随机分为空白组、甘遂半夏汤组、甘遂半夏汤去炙甘草组、甘遂半夏汤去醋甘遂组、甘遂半夏汤去炙甘草醋甘遂组、炙甘草组、醋甘遂组、炙甘草配醋甘遂组。每个给药组以1:0.85的比例稀释为5个剂量组。空白组灌胃蒸馏水,其余各组灌胃给药。连续给药28d,摘除未死亡小鼠的眼球取血,离心,检测血清中的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、肌酐(CRE)、尿素氮(BUN)水平。AST结果显示,与空白组相比,甘遂半夏汤组1、2和3,甘遂半夏汤去醋甘遂组2、3和5,甘遂半夏汤去炙甘草醋甘遂组4,炙甘草组2、3、4和5,醋甘遂组1、3、4和5,炙甘草配醋甘遂组2、3和5血清中AST的活性均高于空白组且具有统计学差异。ALT结果显示。与空白组比较,醋甘遂组4血中ALT的活性显著高于空白组(P〈0.01),甘遂半夏汤去炙甘草组4低于空白组。且具有统计学差异(P〈0.05),炙甘草组2。醋甘遂组1、3、5。炙甘草配醋甘遂组1、2、3和5这8组血中ALT的活性显著高于空白组且具有统计学差异(P〈0.05),其余各组血中ALT的活性与空白组比较不具有统计学差异(p〈0.05)。ALP结果显示,与空白组比较,各组血中ALP的活性与空白组比较不具有统计学差异。BUN结果显示,与空白组比较,甘遂半夏汤组5,甘遂半夏汤去炙甘草组2、5,甘遂半夏汤去醋甘遂组2、3,甘遂半夏汤去炙甘草醋甘遂组1、2。这7组血中BUN的含量较空白组显著降低(P〈0.01),甘遂半夏汤去醋甘遂组4,甘遂半夏汤去炙甘草醋甘遂组3、5,醋甘遂组2血中BUN的含量低于空
