配伍效应及其物质基础的研究对于分析复方的效应至关重要，文章在分析配伍效应物质基础研究中的基本问题及主要研究模式的基础上，提出配伍效应物质基础研究应按照从宏观到微观的路径进行研究，以配伍效应分析为主体研究物质构成体外与体内动态改变，判定复方配伍效应的物质基础。
英文摘要：
The compatibility effect and its material foundation is crucial for the analysis of the formula＇s effect. On the basis of the analysis of the basic issues and research mode in the study of the material basis of compatibility effect, it is proposed that the research should follow the approach from macrography to microcosm, during which investigations are arranged for the dynamic change of the main material constitution related to compatibility effect both in vitro and in vivo, to determine the material foundation of compound compatibility effect.
