提出了1种水力自清洗纤维过滤技术,以生活污水为处理对象,研究了该技术的过滤效能和反冲洗效果。结果表明,该技术依靠浮球浮力和水流压力均匀压缩滤层实现过滤,过滤效果好,压力损失小。10 m.h-1滤速下纤维滤柱出水浊度与SS的质量浓度分别为3.2 NTU和3.3 mg.L-1,去除率分别为81.3%和93.5%,浊度与SS沿滤层深度均匀降低;压力损失随着滤速的增大而增大,10 m.h-1的滤速下运行5 h压力损失仅为1 528 Pa。纤维通过滤柱内存水放空实现清洗,无需额外反冲洗设备与动力消耗,清洗历时短至40 s,耗水率仅2.9%,反冲洗后10 m.h-1滤速下出水浊度4.1 NTU,SS的质量浓度6 mg.L-1,压力损失176 Pa。
An hydraulic self-cleaning fiber filtration technology for domestic wastewater treatment was developed,and the filtration and backwashing performances were studied.Results showed good filtration with small head loss was achieved by gradual fiber compression.At 10 m·h-1 filtration velocity,effluent turbidity and SS were about 3.2 NTU and 3.3 mg·L-1 with removal efficiencies being 81.3% and 93.5% respectively.Turbidity and SS decreased linearly along the filter bed.Head loss was 1 528 Pa after 5 h operation.Efficient backwashing was achieved by draining the filter as quick as in 40 s without extra equipment and power consumption.The backwashing water consumption ratio was 2.9%,and effluent turbidity and SS after filtration were 4.1 NTU and 6 mg·L-1 respectively with a mere 176 Pa head loss.
