在对不同产地的野生中华卷柏总黄酮含量及其器官分布规律进行研究的基础上,进一步对野生中华卷柏总黄酮的提取条件进行了优化。结果表明:中华卷柏总黄酮含量的器官分布差异显著,总黄酮的含量在叶片中最高,茎次之,根最低;不同地区的中华卷柏总黄酮含量差异也较大,河南郭亮村中华卷柏的根、茎和叶片中总黄酮含量最低,分别为0.769、1.260和1.621mg/g,河北小五台山中华卷柏的根、茎和叶片中总黄酮含量最高,分别是郭亮村的1.66倍、1.30倍和1.58倍;从聚类分析的结果看,中华卷柏全株总黄酮的含量受纬度影响较大,纬度降低,总黄酮含量也降低;同时还确定了中华卷柏总黄酮的最佳提取条件为60%乙醇60℃超声提取40 min。
Based on the study on total flavonoid content and distribution of organs of wild Selaginella sinensis in different areas,and the extraction conditions of total flavonoids of wild Selaginella sinensis were optimized.The results showed that the total flavnoids contents among the different organs were significant,leaf was the first place,stem was second place and root was the least.There were significant differences of total flavonoids contents of S.sinensis from different areas too.The root,stem and leaf of S.sinensis from Guoliangcun of Henan province were the lowest.They were 0.769,1.260,1.621 mg/g respectively.The flavonoids contents in root,stem and leaf of S.sinensis from Xiaowutai Mountain of Hebei province were the highest.They were 1.66,1.30,1.58 times higher than in Guoliangcun of Henan province respectively.The results of cluster analysis showed that the effect of latitude on total flavonoids contents of S.sinensis was great.also identified the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids were 60% ethanol,ultrasonic extraction 60℃ 40 min.
