为了发挥网络教学平台的优势，提高教学质量，就必须采用科学的教学方法和策略，而教学策略的选择依赖于学生的认知水平。结合模糊理论及SherlockⅡ系统思想提出一种学生认知水平评测的方法，并利用JADE开发包和Java语言完成该方法的程序实现。经测试，该方法简单实用，具有一定的可行性。
英文摘要：
In order to give full play to the advantage of net teaching platform and to improve teaching quality, scientific teaching methods and strategies must be adopted. But the selection of instructional strategy is depended on the students＇ recognition level. By combining the fuzzy theory and Sherlock II system idea, this paper puts forward a new method to evaluate the students＇ recognition level. Furthermore, using JADE development kits and Java, the paper achieves the program realizing of the method. The method is simple and practical and has certain application feasibility.
