知识转移会受到多种因素的影响,尤其是来自于作为组织的核心的领导的影响。因此,对于领导行为如何影响个人向组织的知识转移的研究具有明显的理论和实践价值。本文从个人向组织的知识转移层面出发,研究了变革导向领导行为对于知识转移的影响,并创造性地将学习型的组织文化、知识转移意愿、知识接受意愿作为中介变量引入变革导向领导行为对知识转移影响的模型中。研究结果显示变革导向领导行为对知识转移容易程度有正向的影响作用,学习型的组织文化和知识接收意愿共同中介了变革导向领导行为对知识转移容易程度的影响。
Knowledge transfer is subject to a number of influences,particularly the influence from the leaders, the core of the organization.The study on how leadership will affect the individuals to transfer their knowledge to the organization is,therefore,important in both theory and practice.Starting from the perspective of how personal knowledge is transferred to the organization,this paper examines the impact of oriented leadership reform on knowledge transfer and creatively integrates learning organization culture and the willingness in knowledge transfer and acceptance into the scheme of oriented leadership reform affecting knowledge transfer.The study shows that oriented leadership reform has positive effect on knowledge transfer,and learning organization culture and the willingness in knowledge acceptance jointly mediate the effect of oriented leadership reform on knowledge transfer.
