“菌毒清”口服液对人工感染鸡传染性喉气管炎的治疗

试验分为7组.“菌毒清”4组:饮水中加入2.O%(A组)、1.5%(B组)、1.O%(C组)和o.5%(D组)“菌毒清”;“瘟毒清”治疗组(E组):饮水中加入1.0%“瘟毒清”;阳性空白对照组(F组)和阴性空白对照组(G组),让鸡自由饮用,连用7d为1疗程,比较“菌毒清”口服液对人工感染鸡传染性喉气管炎病的治愈率、有效率,与现有的治疗鸡呼吸道疾病的中药“瘟毒清”口服液的治疗效果.结果表明:经1个疗程的治疗,“菌毒清”4个组的治愈率分别为69.23%、81.48%、78.83%和59.26%,“瘟毒清”组的治愈率为77.78%;“菌毒清”4个组的有效率分别为84.61%、92.59%、93.43%和77.78%,“瘟毒清”组的有效率为88.89%.多重分析表明,D、F组的治愈率与A、B、C、E组差异显著(P〈0.05),其余组间无差异;有效率除阳性对照组(F组)与“菌毒清”组(A、B、C、D组)、“瘟毒清”组(E组)差异显著(P〈0.05)外,其他组之间差异不显著.结果说明,“菌毒清”是治疗鸡传染性喉气管炎病的有效药物之一,与现有的治疗鸡呼吸道疾病的中药“瘟毒清”治疗效果相当.

英文摘要:

Chickens were divided into 7 groups, which contained 4 therapeutical groups, Wenduqing con- trol groups,posi,{ive control group and negative control group. The water with drugs was drunk freely in every group for 7 days as a course of treatment. The results indicated that the cure rates of four therapeuti- cal groups were 69.23%, 81.48%, 78. 83% and 59. 26%respectively, and Wenduqing control group was 77. 78%. The effective rates of thetherapeutical groups with Junduqing were 84. 61%,92. 59G, 93. 43% and 77. 78% respectively, and Wenduqing was 88. 89%. The results of multiple analysis of the effective rate showed there were significant differences between the positive control group and 4 therapeutical groulas and control group (P〈0.01). While the cure rate differences were found between the lowest dosage Junduqing group as welt as the positive control group and 3 high dosage Junduqing group and Wenduqing control group (P〈0. 05). The studies shows that Junduqing is one of the effective drugs for treating chickens arti- ficially infected with ILTV. The therapeutic efficacy of Junduqing is similar to Wenduqing,a current Chi- nese medicine used to treat chicken respiratory disease.
