为了检测中药黄酮成分对鸭病毒性肝炎(DVH)的治疗效果,将208羽雏鸭随机分为4组:空白对照、病毒对照、化药对照及黄酮成分复方组;除空白对照组外,其余各组雏鸭6日龄时肌肉注射0.2 mL鸭肝炎病毒(DHV)悬液,然而化药对照组和黄酮成分复方组分别饮服相应药物进行治疗,空白对照组和病毒对照组饮服等量稀释剂,连用5 d,观察各组雏鸭存活情况,并测定各组血浆和肝组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及丙二醛(MDA)等氧化损伤评价指标,以评价黄酮成分复方对DVH的治疗作用。结果显示,黄酮成分复方的添加显著提高了被感染雏鸭的存活率,相对于病毒对照组,黄酮成分复方组的雏鸭存活率提高了31.99%;降低了由DHV引起的氧化损伤,使血浆和肝组织内氧化损伤指标回归到接近正常水平;DHV感染引起的氧化损伤指标的变化在肝组织中出现的时间早于血浆。表明该黄酮成分复方具有较好的抗DVH作用,其疗效可能与其抗氧化损伤有关。
In order to investigate the influence of the flavone ingredients on ducks virus hepatitis ( DVH), in this study, 208 ducks were divided into 4 groups at random: blank control group, ducks hepatitis virus (DHV) control group, chemical drug group and flavone com- pound group. Except for the blank control group, all the 6-days-ducks were given 0. 2 mL DHV diluent by intramuscular injection. Then the ducks of two treatment groups were given the chemical drug and flavone compound for 5 days, respectively. The survival rate, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), nitric oxide synthase (NOS), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were investigated to estimate the efficacy of flavone compound. The results showed that flavone compound could increase 31.99% of the survival rate and reduce the oxidative damage caused by DHV infection. The data from the above-mentioned oxidative estimating indexes in flavone compound group were similar to those of the blank control group. The changes of the indexes in the liver appeared earlier than that in the plas- ma. It suggests that flavone compound has a good efficacy for the DHV-infected ducklings, and the therapeutic efficacy may be associated with anti-oxidative damage.
